The cuisine of the restaurant is creative , varied, tasty and at the same time respects the traditional Sicilian cuisine. Many first courses based on vegetables always using seasonal ones, fresh and varied, cooked with some innovation to bring out the aromas and flavors.

As well as those based on fish , always fresh and locally sourced from our Ionian Sea. For our dishes all the main ingredients are from our Sicilian land. From olive to salt, as they say.

The desserts and ice creams are the typical traditional ones known all over the world , from “lemon granita” to “ricotta cannoli”.

Every day our chef always finds a reason to change some recipes, bringing out the flavors.
